How will you engage with different stakeholders to adapt to the learning needs of children of 3-9 years of age?
ReplyDeleteAs a teacher I would love to involve them in playful activities which promote them to interact with each other and develop thinking skills. Stakeholders like parents, grandparents can equally contribute in their development.

After understanding social background of locality, I would like to involve different stakeholders like the parents and the community. Tapping the resources from the community will help in attaining the Learning needs of children. Teaching-learning process will be effective if we involve teachers, students and community.

ReplyDeleteseminars, meetings and talking about different aspect and needs of children. I will involve stakeholders by motivating them so that they can use and share domestic resource and their real life and professional experience with their wards.

ReplyDeleteInteraction with them about the knowledge, skills they can share.
Skilled people of the particular area ,may be potters, kitemakers, dyers etc can be invited to demonstrate their skills.
As a school leader, I'll try to provide school a print rich environment, interactive classrooms and better play and work area for their all round development, making assessment as a integral part of all this learning process
ReplyDeleteAS A LEADER ALONGE WITH MY COLLEAGUES DEGINITLY FIND THE LEARNING GAPS AND DESIGNE THE ACTIVITIS TO MEET UP THE LEARNING NEEDS OF EACH CHILD IN THE CLASS.ALSO ENSURE THAT THERE IS A DEVELOPMENT AND IMPROVEMENT AS PER THE CHILD'S NEED.

ReplyDeleteI will involve parents to know the importance of pre-schools and regular counselling will be done for specific set of parents. It will also be important to take care of the child's well being and allowing them to speak their mind. It will also stress on the learning to be connected to the environment.

ReplyDeleteAs a School Leader I will involve the various stakeholders ( parents, community etc), through demonstration classes, meetings, exchange programmes etc to know and understand the learning needs of students of the age group 3-9. When the stakeholders will know and understand what the goal is, that the school wants the students to achieve, then they will come up with their own innovative ideas and collaborate with the teachers to ensure that no 'child is left behind'.
