As a teacher I would love to involve them in playful activities which promote them to interact with each other and develop thinking skills. Stakeholders like parents, grandparents can equally contribute in their development.

Through proper communication with the students, providing them clear cut instructions of what to do ,engaging in interactive activities ,being patient and showing loving and caring attitude can steer them to develop their potential and bring out their creative instincts.

Meetings with parents, grandparents, retired people from different fields, heads of different organisations . Interaction with them about the knowledge, skills they can share. Skilled people of the particular area ,may be potters, kitemakers, dyers etc can be invited to demonstrate their skills.
As a school leader, I'll try to provide school a print rich environment, interactive classrooms and better play and work area for their all round development, making assessment as a integral part of all this learning process

I will involve parents to know the importance of pre-schools and regular counselling will be done for specific set of parents. It will also be important to take care of the child's well being and allowing them to speak their mind. It will also stress on the learning to be connected to the environment.

As a School Leader I will involve the various stakeholders ( parents, community etc), through demonstration classes, meetings, exchange programmes etc to know and understand the learning needs of students of the age group 3-9. When the stakeholders will know and understand what the goal is, that the school wants the students to achieve, then they will come up with their own innovative ideas and collaborate with the teachers to ensure that no 'child is left behind'.
