ReplyDeleteTeacher student ratio is the most challenging issue . Catering to the needs of all the children in the teaching learning process is really a challenge if the class strength is more.
DeleteMost challenging was the individual difference of children. Every child is different and some special students are also there in class who need special attention. Handling both of them was tough

Because after a lot of efforts also we are facing internet issues and when there is a lot of strength of the class we will not be able to concentrate on the particular child to provide learning experience lively to each child.

ReplyDeleteThe most challenging moment or issue is to introduce the play way based activity in a class strength of 50 students or more, where it is not possible to look into the point of view of each and every child.
ReplyDeletePlanning to do such activities must be made with utmost care so that all the students can get equal opportunity to be engaged and interact in a disciplined way.

As in both the cases I find it difficult to meet the difference of individual child.
The most challenging issue while providing learning experiences related to all the developmental goals in the classroom is Internet connectivity problem and strength of the class. We are facing internet issues while taking online classes and when the strength of the class is more we will not be able to concentrate on the particular child to provide learning experience to each child.

ReplyDeleteYes I agree with my above friends. To do any activity we need an ideal class strength ratio . Ideal ratio is 1: 20 in any classroom. So if a class is having huge strength then it is a difficult challenge for any teacher to cater to all needs for each child. Time limit is another issue which is a big challenge for any teacher. Lastly completion of syllabus in a stipulated time. All these hinder in the holistic development and progress of a each small child in a class.

ReplyDeleteDemonstrators are doing activity with very few children. In the real world situation class strength is more than forty. To plan an activity which involves all the children and also to provide them with meaningful experiences it is a real challenge.

ReplyDeletePTR is a serious issue as we know that each child is unique and needs individual attention but when PTR is so high, there is need of more elementary teachers for providing developmental goals to the children.
DESPITE OF HAVING MANY PROBLEMS OR CONSTRAINTS,THE TEACHER'S PLANNING AND EXECUTION WILL MEET UP ALL THE CHALLENGES.
ReplyDeleteStrength of the class will be the most challenging thing while fulfilling the developmental goals.On the other hand the areas to be made in classroom like play area,reading area etc will need more space and also infrastucture will be needed.

If the bigger rooms are made into classrooms and activity areas, then this problem will not be there. In many vidyalayas space crunch will hamper, but innovative teachers will come up with ways to deal with this and then learning will be continuous and joyful.
