    1. Every child learns in a slightly different way. Visual Learning Style-Someone with a Visual learning style has a preference for seen or observed things, including pictures, diagrams, demonstrations, displays, handouts, films, flip-chart, etc.
      Someone with an Auditory learning style has a preference for listening: to the spoken word, of self or others, of sounds and noises.
      Someone with a Kinesthetic learning style has a preference for physical experience - touching, feeling, holding, doing, practical hands-on experiences.
      Engage the student in conversation about the subject matter..
      Ask for oral summaries of material.
      Read material aloud to them.

    2. Yes,every child is unique and has different learning styles. that is why different activities are conducted (oral. written, art related, songs , rhymes etc) So, that child learns .

    3. 100% Yes.ALL are born with different ways and styles of taking up skills/ learning No one is alike ... twins too differ ,so we need to plan different activities to match with their level acccording to their condition and ability to grasp the thing.it is on our side to plan interesting activities to achieve our targets.

If the learning becomes student's centric instead of teacher centric it is easy to implement and cater the needs of each learner. For this the first step is to observe your learners and understand their style and need of learning.

  9. Students are different from each other so learning takes place in different ways. Some learn visually, some use auditory ways of learning, some use kinesthetic ways. So in a class teacher should use audio visual aids as well as children should be given hands on activity experience too.

  17. Every child has unique learning style. This depends on the prelearning intelligence of the child. The prior experience what the child has motivates him for further devlopment. Experience varies child to child. That is why various activities like art, music, filmshow, hands on activities, story telling etc are orgaised in classrooms

Based on the prior knowledge of the child and present circumstances the teacher plans different strategies as per the need of each child or a group. A healthy competition will be introduced among them to create interest in them to perform the best.

  29. This is 100% correct and fact that every child is unique and their learning style is different and I agree with this statement.
    As a teacher I must understand the need of each and every child and I have to plan strategy that will full fill needs of my students. For example If a child is good in arts and music than his Maths and other subjects, as a teacher I will make such a plan for a student like this that other subject can be be teach with the help of arts and music(Art Integration).
    For this I needs to understand each and every child, his/her learning style, strength and weakness, family background etc.

  30. The uniqueness of a child depends on the way each child interprets a question. The way the answer sometimes makes us wonder to realize that there is yet another way of viewing the question . So to understand the capability of each child and to bring them up in a class is the role of a teacher

  42. Every child is unique and every child's learning need is different. Some may need no assistance and some may need some extra help. Identifying the learning gaps of the child and diagnosing them is important with the way suitable for the particular child. For example One grade 1 child may be well versed with the alphabets but the other may not be giving the child 4 to 5 alphabets and making him learn how to write may fill the learning gap of the child

  48. Teacher has to identify the caliber of the students first and then give the input accordingly .. High achievers may be given challenging assignments ,whereas low achievers must be given the content matter in capsule form and they need more counseling

  49. हर बच्चा अपने आप मे विशिष्ट होता है| उसकी विशेषता या रुचि से किए कार्य कि निष्पत्ति दीर्घ काल के लिए उसके स्मृति पटल पर अमिट रहती है| इसलिए आध्यापन कार्य करते समय हर शिक्षक ने कक्षा के छात्र/छात्राओं का अच्छे से अवलोकन करना है उनके विशेष गुण, रुचियों को ध्यान मे रखते हुए गतिविधीयों द्वारा अध्यापन कार्य करना आवश्यक है|

  50. I believe that each child has his own experiences, so to achieve a learning outcome, one must ensure to check the previous experiences of the child before starting any topic. We must also ensure that we equip ourselves with sufficient learning materials to cater to the child's needs. Some are visual learners while some are auditory learners. It is a great responsibility of the teacher to provide them rich experience while classroom learning.

Every child is unique, I collect family background, interest of the child , where they live , parents abilities and observe the child in the initial days and talk to the child whenever time permits and get to know the positive qualities and plan the activities differently at different situations . During one to one talk he child freely express feedback of the activity . so that helps me to reduce the negativity of the learning process gradually . no child is 100% perfect and imperfect too . So flexibilities in and out of class room is a must
