They should love the job of serving the very young children of ages three or above.
The need for ECCE & the concept must reach the parents for their support. They are also to be included in implementing this by conducting meetings, by showing the videos like Khula Akash.
The program must consider the need to spread awareness among parents and address grassroots concerns they may have in the theoretical and practical aspects about the program.

ReplyDelete. Obviously Early childhood care and education is significant for all children between the ages 3 to 6. At an early age, children are curious about everything they see, hear, smell, taste and touch. Everyday activities and daily routines are valuable holistic learning experience in a child. When a child develops physically, he/she is not only growing in size and shape, but he/she also develops his ideas, feelings and thinking skills at the same time. As mentioned in the video, play helps a child to build a holistic development. It is the most important, highly motivating and integral part in a child’s life. It also helps a child to attain mastery overall domains (cognitive, physical, social and emotional) and to have a control over their environment. Hence, the play and environment are interconnected to each other. Undoubtedly, ECCE centre aspiring to provide such an environment with caring educators to bloom the young minds are mandatory. Enrolling children in early learning centre provides rich experiences for their holistic development.

इस तरह के खुले वातावरण में ,खेल-खेल में , बातचीत से , चित्र उकेरते हुए ,गाते हुए,नाचते हुए,किसी का रोल प्ले करते हुए, कहानियां सुनते हुए, बिना किसी डर के, कुछ स्वयं बनाते , बिगाड़ते हुए, समाज के सभी लोगों के सहयोग से ,सभी संसाधनों का प्रयोग कर सुयोग्य शिक्षिका/शिक्षक के साथ , निश्चित रूप से बच्चों में सीखने की ललक जगाएगी और शिक्षा की नींव मजबूत होगी
