प्रारंभिक वर्षों में बच्चों को आपके द्वारा प्रदान किए गए अनुभवों पर चिंतन करें। क्या सभी बच्चों को निर्देशों का एक ही सेट प्रदान किया जा रहा है और उनके पास निश्चित परीक्षण कार्यक्रम हैं या सीखने में भिन्नता का हिसाब है? आपकी राय में, शिक्षार्थी-केंद्रित दृष्टिकोण का उपयोग करने में क्या लाभ/सीमाएँ हैं? अपनी समझ साझा करें।

ReplyDeleteThis is well known that every child is unique . We can not evaluate the children with same or a single measurement . No one can deny that their family background also plays an important role in this context as Primary education starts by the birth of a child, at home . Then the child comes to school where the process of formal education starts . Here the teacher make the child feel like family environment , facilitate them and try to find out the potential of the children and try to lead them ahead overcoming their weak foundational pillars . But still there are some boundaries which the facilitator can not cross and have to bound herself/himself . But no doubt that that this couse fill definitely these courses are going to polish the teaching learning art and will be proved as a mile stone .

यह एक वास्तविक तथ्य है कि प्रत्येक बच्चे के सीखने की प्रक्रिया में व्यक्तिगत भिन्नता होती है,और हम सबके लिए एक जैसी पद्धति नही अपना सकते । शिक्षार्थी केंद्रित दृष्टिकोण निश्चित रूप से लाभप्रद हैं परंतु इसकी भी अपनी सीमाएं हैं,पहली यह कि निश्चित समय के कालांश में व्यक्तिगत भिन्नता को ध्यान में रखतें हुए पढ़ाना असंभव तो नही थोड़ा मुश्किल हो जाता है,दूसरी पाठ्यक्रम को समय पर पूरा करने की बाध्यता। मेरी व्यक्तिगत राय है कि पाठ्यक्रम के नवीनीकरण की नितांत आवश्यकता है और नवीनीकरण में FLN और दक्षता मूलक तथ्यों को जोड़ना जरूरी है।
ReplyDeleteNo, certainly not, every child is a different, she/he has different abilities to understand, will require different instructions, and moreover, we need to understand this as a teacher, and accept the child as such and frame instructions/learning accordingly and there FLN will be very beneficial, but certain things need to be left to the teacher to decide, supporting agencies need to be supportive.

ReplyDeleteप्रत्येक बच्चा एक दूसरे से भिन्न होता है। इसलिए हमें सबके साथ एक जैसी पद्धति नहीं अपनानी चाहिए। बच्चों की भिन्नता को ध्यान में रखते हुए हमें अपनी पाठ्य सामग्री तैयार करनी चाहिए जिससे सीखने की प्रक्रिया रोचक होगी।

ReplyDeleteसभी बच्चों के सीखने की गति अलग-अलग हो सकती है हमारे विद्यालय में हम 4 लेवल में बच्चों को बांटकर उन्हें उनके लेवल के अनुसार कार्य पत्र देते हैं और अपनी शिक्षण प्रणाली उसी प्रकार बनाते हैं
ReplyDeleteयह सर्वविदित है कि प्रत्येक बच्चा अद्वितीय है। हम एक या एक ही माप से बच्चों का मूल्यांकन नहीं कर सकते हैं। इस बात से कोई इंकार नहीं कर सकता कि उनकी पारिवारिक पृष्ठभूमि भी इस संदर्भ में एक महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभाती है क्योंकि प्राथमिक शिक्षा घर पर बच्चे के जन्म से शुरू होती है। फिर बच्चा स्कूल आता है जहाँ औपचारिक शिक्षा की प्रक्रिया शुरू होती है। यहां शिक्षक बच्चे को पारिवारिक वातावरण की तरह महसूस कराते हैं, उन्हें सुविधा प्रदान करते हैं और बच्चों की क्षमता का पता लगाने की कोशिश करते हैं और उनके कमजोर आधारभूत स्तंभों पर काबू पाने के लिए उन्हें आगे बढ़ाने का प्रयास करते हैं। लेकिन फिर भी कुछ सीमाएँ ऐसी होती हैं जिन्हें सूत्रधार पार नहीं कर सकता और उन्हें स्वयं को बाध्य करना पड़ता है। लेकिन इसमें कोई शक नहीं कि यह कोर्स फिल निश्चित रूप से शिक्षण शिक्षण कला को चमकाने वाला है और मील का पत्थर साबित होगा|

ReplyDeleteसभी बच्चे भिन्न-भिन्न घरों से आते हैं इसलिए उनके सीखने की गति अलग-अलग होती है तो इस भिन्नता के आधार पर अपने विषय सामग्री को तैयार करना चाहिए पाठ्यक्रम निश्चित करना चाहिए उसी के हिसाब से हमें परीक्षण करना चाहिए।

ReplyDeleteThis is very obvious that when children come from different family backgrounds how can a teacher use same method or techniques of teaching to make all students understand the subjects.
ReplyDeleteIt’s really important to bring a change in the curriculum of primary classes and teachers must not have the burden or restrictions to complete the syllabus of students within a limited time.
In my opinion, this course will be a mile stone in our education system if teachers are allowed to teach children freely. there should be no barrier or restrictions for a teacher to complete the syllabus in a given.

सी बी ई में छात्र जानते हैं की क्या उन्हें सिखने की जरूरत है और उनका आकलन कैसे किया जायेगा जिसका उद्देश्य दक्षताएं प्राप्त करना है
